G.E.M Productions is a full service Artist acquisition and development organization.

 Our primary area of concentration is the Gospel Music genre.

We bring over 45 years combined experience as a touring musician (civilian and military) also a full time Minister of the Gospel and Minister of Music. I have been able to grow in the course of 2 years a choir from 10 to 175 dedicated members. 

We went from a small country church choir to one that toured both National and International. 

While in the military I was appointed the Music and Production Director for

the 21st Support Command's Entertainment Showcase.

 We provided from comedians to full Vegas style performances with dancers and acrobats. 

I selected active duty service members for the showcase, arranged the performances for each occasion whether for a small setting or providing the complete show (stage, sound, band and singers) for a touring artist. 

Grooming raw talent into polished and refined entertainers some went on to have careers in the music industry.

We are looking for groups or artists:

1. Who has a great  attitude (your attitude will determine your altitude) with a drive to succeed.

(Who doesn’t think that they’re “all that and a bag of chips too”).

2. One who doesn’t fit into the common mold but has the desire to be versatile and teachable. (This will allow us to cut through the noise and confusion stepping into the light with our heads up).

3. Those who have a drive to further the QUALITY of their craft, who’re trying to elevate music whether they are a novice or professionals. Not just playing or singing because they can but looking to reach a higher level with each passing day.

4. A true believer with a desire to serve God and not their pockets ($).
